My friend the only ones who have so many restrictions with us are the Americans, you don´t need a visa to go to ANY European Union Country, not even to Canada just your passport, no problem, nobody is going to stop you there. The problem is with the Americans, ask them what do you need to leave their country and the most important to get back.

You need to get a passport firstly, if you have one you need to get it stamped. It usually takes a few weeks maybe even a month. When you get it stamped you will also need to get a visa which is basically the same thing so hopefully do both together. After that make sure you have all health identification and immunizations completed. Some airlines may ask. You can always google online to find all the new identification purposes along with what you need to travel with when going overseas.

I am a permanent resident like you and heading to Europe next month. but iam flying there. As far as as i know, when your taking a cruise, you are only required to have passport and your greencard with you. You dont have to get a stamped but if you are flying, then you need to get a European VISA. Yo have to go to the embassy and provide copies of your passport and greencard which includes providing your Itenerary and supporting documents like bank accounts, tax returns, and other financial documentation and a passport picture. Hope this helps. Goodluck on your trip and enjoy. If you need more help, you can email me with your questions. Thanks.

Well, you need your Mexican passport, your U.S. green card, and you may need visas to the countries you plan to visit. You need to check the websites of the embassies of the countries you plan to visit and see if Mexican citizens need a visa to visit their countries. The cruise company may be able to help you ( or if you used a travel agent, ask that person).

According to the list on this site:
http://www.minbuza.nl/en/welcome/comingtoNL,visas_x_consular_services/Visa-application-form.html
Mexican passport holders do not need visa when coming to the Netherlands (and so most likely not for any of the Schengen countries,) but best check with your tour company or agent as they should have the requirements for all ports your trip visits, and while this list is right for the Netherlands, Spain may have a slightly different list.
If you would need visa for just one or two stops you might be willing to skip those visits to avoid having to apply.
