Hello, I go to the gym on Tuesdays, Thursdays and the Weekends and I run on the treadmill and burn like 800 calories each day. When I come back from the gym, what would be some good food for me that is fat free and very low in calories and will keep me full the whole day?

You might try carrots. There was an old wives tale that said something about carrots being brain food. If you eat lots of carrots you will find it much easier to find the correct category for your post.
