If the "War on Drugs" (now 20+ years into it) was intended to stop all illegal drug use -- it has certainly failed.

But that's what happens when you declare war on a behavior. It's like declaring marriage to a song -- looks nice on paper, utterly meaningless in reality.

They want to tax drugs and be the main suppliers. Democrats. Nagan and Colman mayors of the lowest level.

Get rid of the illegals and you lower crime.
