So here is the situation, My grandma past away last year and had saved money for all her grandkids to have when they turn 18. It was even in her will that we get it. Well I am 18 and still haven't got it, been told i have to wait till i'm 21. But my grandma said before she died it was used for us kids to start our lives of college. It's about 3grand a piece were suppose to get. Where can I go to see where the money is and if it has even been transfered out of her accounts, been stolen, etc.

If her will specified you receive the money when you turn 18 (which was effectively placed in trust until then), there will be both an executor who handled the distribution of property, and a trustee appointed to oversee payment when you reach 18. They may be the same person.

Contact the court who handled the probate, and ask who was appointed trustee and executor under the will.

There should be an executor of her will (Someone trusted to disperse the funds). You should be able to ask them to show proof that the money is held in trust for you.
