You can't KEEP IT FROM PEELING. It's like a burnt potatoe or piece of chicken, peel away the bad part and go on..... When it comes to human skin, you must keep it hydrated w/ lotions or (vitamin E oil ONLY while indoors) constantly. You see the skin burns because it lost moisture; don't stay inside, but don't go outside between 10 am and 4 pm. Have a great summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, but the fact that it's 95 degrees with 80 percent humidity will. I prefer to keep the tire from becoming a permanent part of my butt.
