I am facing a pretty serious charge, of which I am completely innocent. Once I've been found not-guilty?

how soon afterwards am I allowed to get a gun permit?
I have a completely clean record with the law.
I know laws very from state to state, but take a guess...

once you are found not guilty you can apply that day.

"IF" you are found not guilty.

There are many inocent people in jail so don't assume that being innoncent will translate on being found not-guilty at trial.

Use your energy to win the trial, then worry about anything else.
