ok i don't want anyone to think i'm wierd but i use to live in vegas & i use to have really bad nightmares about getting raped then killed & i never could see the guys face but i only felt his body & him hurting me like it always felt real. Well on day i went to my friends house & she's really into spirits and can see them & stuff & i was sitting in a chair by her computer and i started feeling a cold chill on my back like something was there & then i started getting stabbing pains in my back & like my friend saw me from her kitchen and i couldnt move i was like paralyzed & all i did was cry well then she told me that the evil spirit could be connected to my nightmares & she told me that that spirit wants me dead & all i could think is why i didn't do anything to it. But i moved to OK & was perfectly fine but then a few nights ago i felt like it was around and i was wondering could the spirit of found me again after i moved?it hasnt done anything bad but i get cold feelings.wat 2 do?

The more you entertain the possibility, the more it will affect you if you get a strange sensation. I wouldn't claim to say spirits are an 'impossibility' but I think it's unlikely when a majority of things can be solved by understanding how so many feelings, dreams, emotions can be conjured by the brain. Brain chemicals could cause the paralyzed feeling as well as most of what you mention, I woudn't personally think it was an evil spirit.
I think the friend who put the thought into your head of an evil spirit has possibly aggravated the problem. Telling you an evil spirit wants you dead is both out of order and irresponsible, she should be ashamed as no genuine medium (if there is such a thing) would EVER say such a thing to someone.

Oh wow... that sounds horrible.
I have a couple of friends that can see/sense spirits, although I can't see them myself, I've gotten into them as well.
However, a spirit can go along with certain objects, it can be bound to it. Do you shop at thrift stores, or any place where you would get used items?
If so, that spirit may be bound to one of those items, and goes wherever it goes.
I really don't know much about spirits and all, but hopefully that helps.

find yourself a spiritualist, or an exorcist. and someone that can give you some protections.
yes it is possible for the spirit to follow you. and no you did not have to offend it or do anything to it. like people some of them are just plain mean.
if you cannot find a spiritualist or exorcist that will help you.

Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, or LBRP for short. Works wonders, though you may need to practice it a few times before you get the hang of it. It's easier than it looks. The evocation of the archangels is key in your situation.

This spirit cannot hurt you. It hasn't until now and it won't in the future. You are protected by much higher powers. Just send it away and it won't worry you anymore. Don't give it any attention and it will go away. Call me for info'

you could read a few passages from the Bible and pray to God asking that he watch over you, and forgive you of anythng that you might have did. I don't believe in ghosts or spirits but if yu are feeling that strong do this and it will work.
