Um, Thanksgiving was awhile ago. You may want to go ahead and toss that and buy pizza or something.

make a gravy or sauce....if you microwave it add some water , just enough to cover the turkey. that will help the turkey to be less dry. serve the gravy/sauce over it. after you drain the water.

wrap it in some corn pone and a two gallon bucket of gravy for dipping. enough gravy will take the dry right out of any meat. 'cause as mama said..."baby, baby, the gravy's wavy, art's just the part with no p, babe." she told it to me, she did.

oh dear god in heaven, a 9 month old turkey carcass. I'd use it for bait , but I don't know if even a catfish would eat it. And I used to catch catfish with cigarette butts.
