I need a program that let's you paint on it, change the color and everything all the works!!! And it needs to be a free download.

It's the only program I use for any kind of photo editing. There's some useful tutorials on youtube that are a huge help with learning to run the program and some of the features it has. Just type in gimp tutorials and they'll pop up.
