The hammering technique doesn't work if you play more than 2 notes quickly, especially when playing the e-string(the high e , the thinnest string) . I mean the sound disappears from the second note and the other notes are barely heard. So are there any similar techniques like hammering so that all notes can be heard ?

yeah hammering on on a classical guitar is really hard, i would recommend that after you hammer on the second note just pick the string again

How do expect a classical guitar (assume acoustic) to be able to handle hammering. You need an electric with a serious pedal to be able to do that properly.

Hit each successive note a little harder than the last.
