My dear mother said that its best to never ask if you can do something because people will usually Say No. to just go ahead and do it.It must of course be a legal and right thing your doing .I asked at the buffet restaurant the other if i could take a few scraps home for my new puppy.and he said NO.i shouldn't have asked and just wrapped them with a napkin and took them home.
But its best to ask of the spirit.knock and the door will be opened unto you.
