I'm sitting in a big open room where there's lots of free space so why doesn't the fly just bog off to the free space and fly there instead?

So that's where it went! Is it looking a little frazzled around the edges? I had one in here earlier that wouldn't leave me alone. I whacked at it with my cardie and it was on the floor, but, by the time I had struggled to fetch a bit of kitchen roll and get my pick up stick it had disappeared! lol:))

You are warm blooded meat to the fly. Besides, annoying people is what flies do best.

Get your flyswatter or a rolled up newspaper and smash the little bugger in midair.

Find another fly in your house, they might make friends n buzz off together!
Got to ask...what do you call a fly without any wings?
A walk.
Ok I'll shut up n let you go. tata

One of my Newfoundlands was chased by a horse fly earlier this evening. He hates them so much and they seem to know it. Maybe flies are the superior beings.
