I think he should be because he gets away with too much

No, he'll be thrown out of the league. Look for him to resurface in Canada once his legal trouble have been resolved (if he gets out of prison before age 65).

Michael Vick has been ordered to stay in Virginia for the duration of his trial, by the judge in his bail hearing a few weeks ago. Unless the NFL and Falcons are willing to take ALL their games to Virginia (NOT!) he couldn't play even if the Falcons or Goodell would ALLOW him to play.

His trial doesn't start until November and by the time there is a verdict, the season will practically be over.

If he gets the sentence he deserves, at least 5 years, by the time he gets out he might prefer to be called Vickie and be a cheerleader instead of a QB. At the very least he will be a has-been and no one would want him.

Even with a light sentence, I do not believe the Falcons will have him back, and any team that does is asking to be hated and vilified by the fans all across the US.

I don't think that Vick will ever play for the Falcons again. And I doubt very much that he will ever play in the NFL again. He's not even a good player.

I don't know. I've heard yes and I've heard no. I think he should be. How could anyone with any sense of caring do what he did? The same goes for the cock fights in Mexico. That is just cruel and inhumane. So, yes, he should be suspended for a year.

Jailed and barred from the NFL forever. Sorry but the only thing lower in life that someone who abuses animals is someone who abuses kids. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key. He is lucky I am not the Warden...I would hook him up with the biggest, meanest, denatured inmate in there!

If he is found 'innocent" then he will be suspended 1 full year, if he is found 'guilty' then he will serve 3 years in jail. ( i really believe he will never play in the NFL again, and i hate him)

He will without a doubt. The only question is for how many games? The entire season? Permanently?

I think he should be banned from playing. To treat those animals that way is cruel and inhumane. Its wrong what he did and he should pay for it.
