I've been saying the same thing ever since I first started using Yahoo! Answers. "WWE is running out of ideas". "WWE is going downhill". "WWE has no future". But nobody listened. Vince is running out of ideas, pure and simple. I mean, you see one WWE match you've seen them all. Literally. The WWE is just awful, right now. They have resorted to
1.Pornography
2.Death storylines
3.Storylines involving dead wrestlers.
4.Horribly slow-paced, boring match-ups.
By the way I'm not going up TNA in this argument. The problem is that, the WWE fanbase is so huge, and people are so dedicated to it, it will still be watched no matter what. I guarentee you, that within the next 5 years, we will see the same Champoins as the past few years. Cena, Batista, mayve even Khali. It's a joke! By the way, Vince is stealing ideas from TNA also. He stole the idea for the Champoins match. He saw Samoa Joe and made Umaga. Thr list goes on and on. The WWE has a terrific past, but the future is looking bleak to me.

Vince possibly waits for the school year to re_start. Many angry students will find again the frustration necessary to watch and enjoy a WWE program in september.
And wrestling is broadcasted on cable tv. So no question here, that the tourists in and out of the U.S. don't watch wrestling during the summer.
It would just be a shame for Vince to start a feud in august and confuse half of the fans that are back after two months.
Look Khali is a champion since the start of the summer and he's unexperienced, he's like testing the ropes, similarly to Johnny Nitro's new character, so we have a big hint there. They make new champs while no one is watching, so Khali can trip as much as he wants and the business won't be affected.
But there is one problem left in Chris Benoit's case. Becase Benoit is not the first WWE character to die suddenly, as if sports entertainment was not that funny after all.

He ran out of ideas years ago. Most of the recent storylines are things that have been done - in some cases several times over. That's why I cringe when I see people on here wanting WWE to bring back DX or the NWO. Why? It's been done before. What was original then is stale now.
This is, in my opinion, a major problem with WWE right now. They have no new ideas. They are stuck in the same mentality that they had in the 80's and 90's. They continue to do the same stuff, and yet wrestling fans have grown. The fans want something new and WWE is not providing it.

Although WWE has writers, Vince has final decision over everything you see. I do think he is running out of ideas as we see a lot of the same stories year after year, just with different wrestlers. For example, the Santino story. The story of fans being brought into the ring and later becoming wrestlers/managers has been done before...Zach Gowen was a fan brought in...I believe Sapphire started out in the audience, then became a manager...so yeah, storylines are repetitve but what can you do? lol

It too bad fans can't submit storyline ideas. I'm sure there are plenty of good ideas out there. If he cares about the fans, he should listen to them by letting them give their ideas. Right to Censor was an attemp to make fun of those who cry about the language and "nudity" on WWE programing. It had a good run, for a little while anyway.

Right to Censor isnt as silly as it sounds Book...
Stevie Richards is WINNING (never thought those words would be in the same sentence)
Not sure about Buchanan, Goodfather etc.
But it COULD happen.
Vince is a consultant these days, he leaves the ideas/writing to Steph. But he needs to retire ... but no hes coming back, everyones talking about it though which is the goal

The Rock has spent many years with that old goat.
Knowing Vince, he's got something terrible for the superstars, but great to watch.

He's getting tired, and so is his ideas. With that being said, he's no longer hungry for fame and all that other stuff anymore because he done had it already. I don't think he have even cared what we've been thinking or what we had been thinking.
