That would be cute...I mean everything's that already happened is history I suppose.
She did write "FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM" and "QUDITTICH THROUGH THE AGES", so maybe she will do "HOGWARTS, A HISTORY." Good idea! =]

Sounds alright but then she can only include things about Hogwarts, which would be a little disappointing (I would still buy it though!). My suggestions would be:-
All Things Magical
Hitchhikers Guide to Wizardry
Encyclopaedia of Magic
A-Z of of the Wizarding World

I'm not sure it would be. if it was an encyclopedia containing info on things like the characters, then the title would not focus on just one aspect.
