I can but will tell u later.he he

ok as far as i know u need to have strong will power.Just do it.I make a priority list in my mind that which work is more important.Like for example sitting in my room and listening to the music or studying my course books.Since i can listen to music any time so i decide to study.

But i know its easy to give advice rather than following it as i myself suffer from this problem.

Good Luck

you have to realize WHY you "don't feel like" doing whatever you are supposed to do, and that is mostly because of fear.
for example, you might be afraid to start your studies, because you think you won't succeed anyway, or you are afraid to throw things away, because you might still need them later or you might miss those memories related to those old tapes. you might also be afraid, because it is soooo much work and you don't know how you can do it all.

the trick is to UNDERSTAND WHY you procrastinate and to START things with a very first step, no matter how small that step is. Rome wasn't build in a day - but it was one day when they started. it helps to set priorities and SMALL GOALS you are able to reach, let's say within the next hour or until the end of the week. one thing at a time, one goal a day. and remember that you don't have to do it all in a second - take your time. but to have time, you need to start early, not last minute.

to try your luck, you can "practice" with something big and time-consuming that has nothing to do with work, but is solely for your pleasure. you will see that it is much easier, because there is no fear, but instead there is motivation to succeed.
It's a simple principle, but it needs practice, because you are so used to procrastination that you are "lost in a circle" - it takes some work to get out, but it's worth it.

good luck!
