The highest number ever used in a serious mathematical proof is Graham's number.

numbers never stop. you'll probably go insane if you try to count to a billion.

Sorry, I guess a zillion isn't real.
The highest number I know with a name is a googolplex, which is a 1 with a googol zeros behind it. A googol is a 1 with 100 zeros behind it.

Numbers go on forever so it would go up to infinity.
