When the five in-progress parks open over the next four seasons, there will only be five teams remaining with a park that is older than 1988 -- the Red Sox, Cubs, Dodgers, Angels, and Royals -- and none of those parks are going anywhere. (Kauffman is scheduled to get some significant renovations.)

Toronto's SkyDome (Rogers Centre) opened in 1989, and no park built since then needs to be replaced.

Which leaves us with one -- Tampa Bay's Tropicana, which opened in 1988 despite not having a baseball tenant until 1998. It just is not a very good place for baseball; but the team is only 1/3 into a virtually unbreakable 30-year lease, so the Rays likely are not getting a new crib soon.

So, no new parks are really needed or could be arranged. Whatever will Seligula do now that he no longer needs to extort ballpark funds from municipalia?

Yeah, i bypass to as many Sox video games as i will, and the cost of Beer at Fenway has incredibly skyrocketed. A sixteen-ounce cup of beer is $6.50! however the tickets are like $one hundred fifty, so i think each and every thing is overpriced, lol.

None.

Mark my word. In 5-10 years all these new 'retro' parks will be torn down in favor of 'cookie cutter' ball parks.

Both NY teams, and they're already being built.

Marlins and Nationals, they're playing in football stadiums.

So, there's 4 teams that need new ballparks.
