You must stop cleaning the litter box immediately. Someone else must do it for you so that you don't run the risk of contracting Toxoplasmosis. You can continue to sleep on your tummy until it is no longer comfortable, but you can sleep on your back throughout your pregnancy. When that starts getting uncomfortable, prop yourself up a little with an extra pillow. I found that sleeping on my side (left) was the most comfortable when I was bigger and tucked a pillow under my belly. I also put a small throw pillow between my knees when laying on my side to relieve the pressure that was on my hips. You should talk to your doctor about any other limits, such as lifting heavy items or climbing on ladders.

First of all, you're not broken because you're pregnant. Most things you normally do are just fine.
The cat litter should be taken care of by someone else if possible. The worry is that you will contract a virus from the cat litter while pregnant, which would be bad for the fetus, but if you've been around cats for a long time, you have probably already gotten the virus and become immune to it and isn't a worry anymore. Because they can't really tell if you've had the virus before, though, it's best to just have someone else do the litter as soon as possible and do it until after you've had the baby.
You can lie on your tummy and back as long as it's comfortable. You'll definitely find a time later when it's simply uncomfortable to lie on your back or tummy, and it's then that you should stop lying that way. Your body is the best judge for what is right and wrong. Learn to meditate and turn inward and you'll develop an excellent tool for the birth and for life.
The only big things they say to avoid this early in pregnancy are all the things that are normally bad for you, like alcohol, cigarettes, etc. You should also avoid medications unless you absolutely have to be on them and have discussed with your prescribing physician about your pregnancy.

Cleaning the litter box? - You can continue cleaning it, just use gloves and a mask, especially if your cat goes outdoors. If your cat is an indoor cat and is up to date on shots you have a super slim chance of toxoplasmosis, but still do it with gloves. I swear people need to read up on Toxoplasmosis, how you and your cat get it and what it is.
Laying on tummy? - When it becomes uncomfortable for you to do so. Your baby is super cushioned in your tummy so your not hurting him/her.
Limits...., you can continue with your daily life. Just dont pick up heavy items, limit your caffine, dont get your heartrate up too hight and just relax. Your pregnant, life doesnt stop unless your high risk or on bed rest.

I agree with everything that has been said. After my pregnancy, I stopped cleaning with commercial chemical cleaners, and swtiched to water and vinegar, which I preferred any way. I used the chemicals because my husband didn't like the smell of the vinegar. Even before my pregnancy, I would open the kitchen or bathroom window and run the exhaust fan. Now, I just use the vinegar cleaner when I know my husband won't be home for a couple of hours and still run the fan and open the windows. He agreed to the switch for the health of the baby.
Anyway, just do what you can within your power to help your baby. Isn't that one of the main points of motherhood?

Well you don't have to stop cleaning the litter, but you will want to wear gloves when you do and wash when you're done.
It is time to stop running/jogging. If you do need excersise, walk, or stationary bike.
No picking up stuff more than 30 lbs. Too much strain on back.
Quit the caffiene now and lay off aspirin. Doc can recommend something else for headaches.
Give in to cravings, they're telling you you're not getting something you need.
And relax! All of us here wish you well.
Hope this helps.

as of the day you got pregnant YOU DO NOT drink more then a one or two servings of caffeine... sleep on your back OR stomach, clean the litter box, smoke, drink... don't scream, yell or put yourself in any dangerous situations with another person... make sure there is no negative energy... eat well, drink a LOT of water, the recommended amount is about 8 - 8 ounce glasses a day (though just try and drink what you can) and MAKE SURE you take a PRENATAL vitamin everyday. that will hold you until you see a doctor.

NO litterbox!!! If you are the onlyone who can do it then wear a dust mask and gloves and wash immediately after...Or pay a neighbor kid to do it for you. AS for the laying down any position is fine as long as you're comfortable. You'll find later in pregnancy the only comfortable position is on your side and the left one is the best for optimal blood flow. Other then that follow your body signals. If something hurts try not to do it. If you're tired then get some rest. Eat well and avoid junk food.

You can continue to lay on your tummy and back until you get too big for it to be comfortable.
