One of my best friends in high school, I was dating someone, and he was just a friend, but we kissed a couple of times, and he was sooo special to me..I emailed him 35 years later, and we caught up,,,,but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

I had a bf years ago. We had gone out together for a long time, then he had to go away to work. Whilst he was away, I went out with someone else, and being too honest for my own good, I told him. We were unable to get back into the relationship, but I still think about him, and what might have been

i never could figure out what it was..but i had this relationship with one of my best friends when i was a sophomore in high school and it only lasted 10 months..but we broke up because my mom made it crazy for us...(she was a nut) and so we broke up for no reason..we just werent able to see each other..so there was no closure..and through the years..he was the one i always thought about no matter who i was with..and he still checks on me on myspace to see how im doing and everything..but i know i tried to be with him last year..but we both realized things have changed through the years..but hes still that one i think about and wonder if hes ok :0 it will always be a mystery to me

His name is Ben, we wanted to be together but people and circumstances meant that we couldnt- if we'd been allowed to get on with it, we prob would have got to know each other and might not have got on- but because we never got that chance.....we'll always wonder what if.
I've tried to find him on Facebook and Friends Reunited etc but its like he's disappeared off the face of the earth. I'd love to see him again, just to know he's alright.

This guy I dated a few years ago. I fell head over heels in love with him. It was an infatuation of the worse kind. He was just what I wanted, ever wanted. He was confident, gorgeous, and out of reach.
He got married 18 months ago.

Sam ... From Ghana, he was gorgeous but although he had no intention of moving here, our government wouldn't give him even a holiday visa to come and see me, I couldn't go there and after seven years of writing, it stopped.
