Captain Marvel
I refer to the Marvel comics version. He was an alien sent by his people to spy on us to help facilitate invasion. He learned to appreciate the planet and its people and turned his back on his own race. He was among the most powerful meta heroes ever developed by Marvel. He would only fight when there was no other way. His death is considered to be among the best in comic book history.

Spiderman has been my favorite superhero since I was a little girl. All of us feel a little nerdy and awkward at sometime in our lives, and Peter Parker is the ultmate nerd who gets to turn into a cool superhero. It gives us all hope. Haha!
