I'm a Roman Catholic, and I'm from the Southern U.S.

I'm Lutheran, and I'm from the United States. My father's family is totally German on my grandfather's side, and his mother was French, English, and Scott Irish, but they didn't have a very religious family. So my dad was raised Lutheran. My mom is 100% pure Italian, and was thus raised Catholic. But she converted once she met my dad; she had never really grasped the Catholic religion, and had attended a poor Sunday school. She relates much better to Lutheranism.
So I'm Lutheran!

I'm a new convert to Christianity and the denomination of Roman Catholicism. I'm from New York City, New York. I'll be an official Roman Catholic Christian once I finish taking my RCIA couurse to do my Communion and Confirmation. I start my course in September.

Lutheran, and I'm from Concordia Church in Berwyn, IL-the BEST pastor ever, Mark Matthews! He's very down to earth, humorous, easy to talk to without being preachy ever... he's like your dad or grandpa-very friendly in a big bear kinda way...hugs or handshakes all his parishoners after each service. I don't drive so I don't always go, but he understands that and so he emails his sermons to those of us who can't make it to church! He even went to my grandma's wake (she was very devout Catholic) to pay respects and stopped by just before the funeral to let us know he's thinking about us and our family (my mom is Catholic and my dad is Bible Church)...you can't beat a pastor like that! :)
