This happened to me all the time.

Your BP can drop when you're standing and doing things in pregnancy, especially in the AM.

Always put something on your belly before doing anything else in the morning, and drink a lot of water.

I know just what you're going through. My knees were always bruised from blacking out while pregnant.

You could be dehydrated. Your body needs a LOT of water and nutrients now that a baby is growing and taking that stuff from you for it's survival.

Or it could just be the increased level of blood being produced for you and baby. Around the 2nd trimester you get 50% or more blood than before. That can cause dizzyness, fainting, and light headed-ness if you stand up too fast or move too suddenly.

Talk to ur doc if you need more help.

I didn't go through that with any of my pregnancies, but I do know my mother use to black out when she was pregnant with me. I think it's a common thing that happens.

Call the OBGYN. Probably issues with blood sugar or pressure, and it needs to be addressed now.
