I make mine go to bed at 9:30 they are 13&12

My children are in bed by 9pm or 9:30pm
they are 12 and 13 years old!

I used to have to go to bed at 830, probably until I was about 13. With my own kids, my 6 year old goes to bed at 730 and reads until 8. My 11 year old goes to bed at 8 and reads until 9.

Until I was 10 my bedtime was 7p
Then it went to 9 (I felt so grown up lol) when I got to age 10.
Then when we hit high school (about age 13), Mom said we could go to bed whenever we wanted as long as we were up and out the door in the morning.

I make mine get in bed at 8:30pm-- they are 9 and 10. The 15 year old gets 9-9:30pm.

sounds reasonable to me! When I was 13-16 my bedtime was 9:30. at 17 It was 10pm and when I turned 18 it was whenever.

I'm 19... I go to bed whenever I get home from my boyfriend's house... or whenever I feel like it.
In high school, 10 o'clock.
