Yeah, who hasn't?

Uh, yeah, like a zillion times. But now I am learning to get my brain in gear before my mouth. You will find that practing on refraining from negative comments, no matter how compelled you feel to express them, will save you a lot of remorse and stress.
Try it. Here's a simple exercise. The next time you're driving and you feel that you've been wronged, rather than honking your horn or flipping the person off, just let it go. Wait about five minutes and see if you are much more calm and relaxed than if you had "gone off" on the person who offended you. Then you can contratulate yourself for being the real winner, because you retained control.

Yes a couple of times in front of my girl friend. Like when i went to a restaurant with my girlfriend and saw my ex- girlfriend, i blurted out her name, Amy.
My gf asked me what i meant and i said that i had just remembered this brand of iced tea called amy, which of course is a lie. My girlfriend met my ex and it turned out they were close friends. My Gf smiled at me and then they had some odd private conversation. While they were talking they kept saying my name. My Gf didn't break up with me, but she probably now knows that i am a terrible liar. So yes i would like to rewind that moment in time.
I hope you totally find what your looking for. Oh and i'm betting you'll get some good laughs out of this.
LOL

Don't you hate it when you ask a question like this but hardly any one gives you an example? They just say "yeah" or "of course".

I can think of plenty of examples...

1. the time I thought my bf was calling me and playing a prank, so I proceeded to talk to him in a cute/sexy/fun way....turned out it was actually a phone call for my parents.....

2. the time I asked for "reese's penis" instead of "reese's pieces"....

3. the time I asked for "sour cream and onion gum" and the guy looked at me weird and I looked at him back weird like 'man you jerk i asked for some chips!'....but didn't realize what i said.

4. when my ob/gyn thought that i was married and i didn't correct him because i didn't want to have to give him the whole story about my personal life and predicament.....but then every single time i went to see him he'd ask me about "my husband"...and the longer time passes the more embarrassing it is to correct myself and say "Um, I was never married".

The list goes on and on....

But the real question here, is what did YOU say??? :P You gotta e-mail me!

Many times but thats a part of life. You can either dwell with regret or look forward and remember not to say it again.

Of course. I think everyone has done that.

Those moments in life where you're like - sh*t, wish I didn't say that.

In most of my cases it makes me look stupid.

Yes, but it was something that I did. I threw a ball to my friend, but it ended up hitting her right in the face because she wasn't paying attention, and it happened right when her mom walked by, so her mom thought I did it on purpose.
