Your own toilet paper -
In my dorm, we had community bathrooms. There were two on the floor. We always ran out of toilet paper!
You may have your own bathroom - depending on the school. But always have you own stash. You may have a problem with your roommate hogging it or running out.
A can of RAID (LOL)
No joke! I went to school in the south (Atlanta). The bugs were everywhere! The dorms were old.
A can of Lysol.

Umbrella
First Aid Kit (I realize most lists mention this, but just in case)
Lysol
Either a broom or vacuum depending on if you have floor or carpet
Paper towels
Snacks (the cafeteria has very strict hours, lol)
Microwave Cookbook (if you have a microwave, it'll show you how to make everything from cakes to eggs)
Paper plates (good for snacks, craft projects, etc.)
Backpack (for some reason this is often forgotten, lol)
Mattress pad or egg crates (dorm beds aren't comfy)
Power Strip for extra outlets
Basic tools (hammer, screwdriver)
Basic Sewing Supplies (needle, thread, extra buttons)
Blanket if you get cold easily or fan if you get hot
Air Freshener(dorms can smell bad)
Febreze (sad but true, there will be many days you don't want to do laundry, and febreze will make a pair of jeans wearable)
I think that's all the stuff I forgot my first year and found I really needed.

Well the good thing is that if you do forget something chances are that you will either be able to buy it close by, go home to get it, or have your family bring/mail it to you.
Sounds like you've got the basics. I found it helpful to have a shower caddy to drag all of my shower stuff with me to the bathroom. If you have any stuffed animals that you love (this sounds corny but is true) bring it b/c sometimes college makes you just feel like your first day in kindergarten sometimes. (You won't be the only one with a teddy bear or old blankie.) Microwaves and mini fridges are also great. Be sure that you bring some food to use with them.
Congratulations on going to college. Have fun!

examine 2 Tim 3:sixteen. Does it no longer examine like an define of the situations we live in? additionally examine bankruptcy 6 of a million Timothy alongside with Matthew bankruptcy 6. we could desire to constantly be content with sustenance and protecting we are able to be content and if we seek for the dominion first we are able to be responsive to for a fact that we are able to have those issues. Going to college so as to offer for your self looks extremely silly while in case you're humble sufficient to do any style of paintings and pursue the dominion together as conserving an common eye you might have each and every thing which you like. the colleges run by using Christendom are not to any extent further Christian then the church homes that run them are. i be responsive to which you do no longer agree, yet it is in view which you notice issues from a fleshly view extremely than from a spiritual one.

This is a great list with things that I forgot!
Lysol wipes are the greatest to have in a dorm room.
Things that remind you of home are also good
