You won't feel them on a regular basis for awhile still. To only feel them sporadically is completely normal at 21 weeks.

Hun when people are talking about measuring fetal movement it's generally once the baby has an established activity pattern that is felt regularly. It's great that you can feel any of the baby movements this early!! At the moment it's probably just flutters and maybe something that feels like bubbles but in a few weeks you'll notice distinct kicks and hiccups! Relax and enjoy the excitement. Some things to help notice them is to lay down and relax and the baby tends to wake up since your movements aren't "rocking" him any more.

At 21 weeks there is no need to measure the movements. Doctors do not recommend doing so, because the baby is so small now that you may not always feel the movements and freak out. They say wait until 27-28 weeks to monitor the movements.

its too early to bother counting, the babys movemnets will be sporadic and some may be too light to feel. At 25 weeks or so your baby will settle into a sleep/wake cycle, and movements will become more regular and predictable. Good luck

When you first start to feel movements, it feels like bubbles. personally I think it feels like hiccups in your stomach. I also felt some jabs.
They will not be regular.
Once you move further along he/she will get into more of a routine. (Probably move around when you want to sleep!)
Dont worry at all!!
Congrats and goodluck
