I liked her 80's face, then they changed it during the 90's and now they do this again just to make her less cool and beauty than the MyScene Dolls.

I like the new Top model Summer I think she is beautiful. I think they are trying change her look again to freshen her up. I like the new furniture sets because they look more realistic and when I finally get my husband to build my Barbie Town her house will be soo cool. My daughter is finally old enough to play with Barbies. She is 3.

It is so ironic. There are many who complain about Barbie not aging when they themselves are trying to prevent it. If we could stay the same and not age, would we be upset? When you go to a ten year or more reunion, how many wish that they could look the same now as back then? You may have stretch marks from pregnancy or some other something else that has altered your appearance. Do you stop looking at your year book because of it? Barbie brings that truth into our eyes. Seeing the same face year after year without the effects of aging angers many that secretly envy the doll. If you could pick the time that you looked the most attractive, would you not want to be that way even forty or fifty years later? Would you like it if a lot of people demanded that you change your facial characteristics because it offended them on the basis of age? Barbie is only fantasy and not reality. All toys are inferior to the real things. How many of you have a very special stuffed animal that is five or more years old? Do you wish it looked differently than when it came into your possession? No! You love seeing that same appearance no matter whenever you look at it but especially when you feel really sad. That same face comforts you because it brings a familiarity unlike a much newer one. If while you were out and somebody replaced it with a newer one, would you be disappointed or satisfied? Barbie is fantasy. That is where Barbie belongs considering that it is only a lifeless massed produced product. .How many of you like seeing your new car under go the effects of age? You do what is possible to maintain the same look that first attracted you to it in the first place. That is why many try to restore old vehicles to their former appearance many years later. These same ones would be unhappy if they were told that their vehicle wasn't good enough for driving on the highway with the newer models. That however is what has happened to Barbie. The demand by critics for change is too loud to be ignored by Mattel.

Well, MGA entertainment, makers of Bratz are suing Mattel for making the MyScene dolls look like Bratz. So I'm guessing they want to change the faces on other dolls too, they just got to barbie first.

they could pass the whole hog and launch the recent female pal and Barbies pal who she famous out he's been cheating with over the years. Then the indoors maximum coach and the gay pal she takes solice in. Oh confident and the soliciter who woo's her together as he's have been given his eye on the pay cheque from the divorce. Then there is the indoors maximum detective........
