I LOVE Tegan (only I prefer Teagan as the spelling). I wanted to name my youngest Teagan, but my DH didn't like it. We went w/ Morgan.

Its a nice name... there is a famous singer named Tegan from the lesbian twin duo Tegan and Sara in Canada. They are becoming popular so the only thing that would keep me from thinking of the name is because I am not to fond of their music.

It's nice. It reminds me of a character or a television programme some years back. She was black with black really curly (nice) hair and had a strong physique. This is the image the name conjures up for me.

I like it, I stumbled across this (but spelt tiegan/teagan) when I was preggo with my first. Is it for boy or girl? I think it is unisex.
