LK is exactly right. The only thing that MAY be unusual is if the name change is not related to a marriage or divorce. Even then it is handled exactly the same way. Let you employer know about the change and they can tell you what documentation they need. Be sure to inform the DMV, Social Security, anyone you owe money, your bank, etc.

Nothing happens. You tell the employer that you changed your name legally and they change your name on your paycheck, etc.
Women get married (when they already have jobs) and change their name legally all the time. This isn't any different.

You need to make sure that you change your name on you social security card and make sure the company changes your name on their tax information. It's better to do it as soon as you can so that you don't have to worry about it at the end of the year when filing your taxes. Nothing really happens, it's just easier to change your name on everything else to avoid confusion later.

Not much, but it can be REALLY HARD to cash your paycheck! I suggest you take copies of the order changing your name to your employer. Also, take it to your bank AND to Social Security. Your employer DOES have a procedure that you will have to follow (and it isn't hard).

Nothing happens unless you forget to update your info (Tax, SS and paychecks require to have your new legal name).
