i bought a ham and mayo salad sandwich a few years back and after i took a bite i saw an insect in the mayo, i was literally gagging because i had vision it was only half an insect and i had just eaten the other half. i took it back to the shop and demanded a refund. they offered me another sandwich but i point blank refused. never bought a freshly made sandwich since it put me off for life

If at home pick it out and finish eating. If in a restaurant complain, get a new FREE meal and extras thrown in. Double standards but the truth!!

1st i would gross out probably scream and run around in a circle
and then i wouldn't be able to eat that certain food ever again.
this actually happened to my friend she found a worm in a green bean and know she won't even be paid to eat green beans

Being outdoors as much as I am, it doesn't bother me. If I was in a restaurant though I would take the food back.

well if i was in a restaurant then i would complain and expect something to be done about it asap! (I'm a nightmare to go out with!)
if i was at home i would be a bit freaked but id kinda laugh about it!
i once cooked enchiladas for my family and 3 of them found massive bluebottle flies in them! i swear it was a coincidence :s
