I heard that when you take an infant from the hot weather outside into a cold store that it can cause the same effects as baby shaken syndrom...Because their bodys cant handle the tempature change....Is that true

its true in the sense that yes when taken form one exteme to another it will effect a baby but wont it anyone when you walk into a freezing store from a smoldering out doors you feel faint or dizzy or maybe nothing have no fear in doing this to a baby dress them as you dress just maybe carry a blanket like a fleece blanket wiht always just in case its really cold the reason why its connected to the shaken baby syndrome that is it happens at the same place in the head. Doctors just try to keep you informed on this type of news b-c not to make you fear but to be informed my suggestion is that if you are worried about just carry a blanket with you. i hope i helped

That would be true if your baby wasen't dressed correctly. Use your child's blankets inside, outside just keep him/her covered from the sun.

never heard of that before....

but... in this heat... (95 degrees here) I would stay in air as much as possible... it's awefully hard on elderly and infants.

no, thats crap. lol. Just like raising your hands above your head while pregnant will strangle the unborn.
