I think you better take a map of Paris.
Eiffel tour is in the middle of town, Disneyland is about an hour travel from it.
The airports are also out of town, in different directions from the park.

But the public transport in Paris is so good that you can stay anyplace in town and still travel to all of the center of town and most airports within one hour.

So any cheap hostel and a Metro ticket will work for most of the town.
