Iam hoping he sent it to my MSN Messenger address & not my ex partner who used to share my computer with me.

You could also do a search for the file if you know some of the file name. To do this, click Start, Search, then select Pictures, Music or Video, then type some of the file name then search.

this happen to me recently and i found it when i open messenger and it has a shared folder in there if not set one up and ask if they can send it again good luck

you could do a search for it or look in 'my recieved files' in My Documents
