Electricity is such energy that available anytime with many durable sources. But the devices that use it must be connected to Electricity Supplier anytime.
I mean, if the energy can be stored in powerful battery, it will solve the oil problems such as in automotive. Is there any concern to make the battery be more powerful as a priority to scientists?

It's not exactly portable, but the Z-Machine has one of the most terrifyingly massive outputs on the planet. Plus, it has a cool name.

If we look around the world for the greatest source of energy that man has tapped in the past we can look down at the earth itself. Most of the oil and coal were created by the tremendous energy within the earth. Geothermal energy projects are currently underway to directly tap a minute fraction of that giant battery's energy.

Rather than focus on energy storage we need to focus more on energy efficiency. The Japanese JIT approach to assembly is a good example. Placing the part manufacturerer closer to the assembly plants eliminates the time and energy of moving parts over greater distances. Since matter and energy only change form we need to focus more on entropy.

Power is simply the amount of energy being delivered per second. It is a rate. You can store energy, but you cannot store a rate.

You can always connect a bunch of batteries in series to get more voltage, and for any given current flow, more voltage means more power. So, with a million 1.5-volt batteries in series, you get deliver 1.5 million volts. For a current flow of only 0.1 amps, you are delivering 150,000 watts.

The real issue with batteries are
1. How much energy can they store for their weight?
2. How quickly can they be charged?
3. How long can they maintain a charge while sitting unused?
4. What is their total efficiency (energy delivered divided by energy spent charging)?

Lithium ion batteries have efficiencies of around 99%, the best of any battery type. Nanotechnology may allow for batteries to be charged much more quickly than before, solving a second problem.

Batteries can store a lot of power but that does not make good for everyday use in a way hydrocarbons are. Batteries fail because of the power to weight ratio where hydrocarbons are 1,000 times lighter per unit of power delivered. If a light weight battery(good power to weight ratio)could be made the electric car would instantly replace gas powered ones.

Sure it's a good idea, but with all of the electricity going to all of the houses of the world, where do you think they're going to get enough electricity to power all of the millions and millions of cars. Power plants are already burning "fossil fuels" to make electricity. So if you make more power plants, are you really gaining anything?

None those are all AC automobiles, batteries produce DC modern-day. For DC automobiles of that length you will batteries resembling what telephone businesses use. a minimum of $1000 each and each and you will choose dozens of them.

There are already solutions like that - or haven't you heard about hybrid cars? They use both batteries, and gas to work, and it is possible that in the future all vehicles will be hybrid, and we might even start looking at 100% electric vehicles.
