hand or arm, yes in most non sanctioned games. Leg? no way. And not at all if it is a sanctioned game.

well...if it is a game sanctioned by FIFA ..no..against the rules...I guess you CAN.play soccer however .but you will not be allowed....

it wouldn't be recommended that you do. further damage could be done to the injury, leading to a bigger disaster for the team
