It would help if you said what you wanted to study. Many MS and MA programs can be done in one year. In fact -- most can.
But for something like an MBA, I would not advise it. Here, you care more about the reputation of the school -- and most one year MBA programs do not have good reputations.

There are lots of places that have one-year master's degree programs. It depends on your subject, though.

clark university in MA has a "fifth year free" program that if you go to their school during your undergrad, you get a fifth year free to get your masters.
