Hey girl. You can do 2 things. Turn the charm up a notch. If you really like him then go out of your way for him. If he still doesn't notice you then I would move on to another guy.

ok, well what i would do... obsess over him and stalk him 24/7.
what you SHOULD do... become friends with him, and see if you REALLY like him. maybe knowing him for his TRUE self will change things.
