The best and most legit ones in my opinion are:
www.backstage.com - you can search for free, however you can't see all the info unless you subscribe
www.actorsaccess.com - create a free account, you can see all the info, but if you want to submit yourself electronically that's when you'd have to pay.
www.actosequity.org - click on casting call, the caveat here is that some calls are obviously for equity actors only.

These are all legit sites and used widely by people in the industry.

good luck

There are very rarely any half-decent open casting calls/auditions anywhere – and when there are, thousands of hopefuls will be there fighting to be seen. And most of these will be experienced, qualified actors. Almost as soon as you get in the door (if you get in at all) they will ask what experience you have, what drama school you went to and ask to see your CV. So you need to have lots of impressive plays and roles on it. I've never heard of an untrained actor even getting seen at these things - directors just don't have time to waste on untrained wannabees. Careers start with training, not casting calls. Most genuine auditions are only sent to agents who pass the details to their clients. And their clients are all trained and very experienced.

There is not such thing, those that are advertised are scams trying to sell you something. Why would casting directors who have the most beautiful and the most talented actors at their fingertips, want to see a bunch of inexperienced wannabes? Doesn't make sense does it?
