I am 17 5ft 4inches and i am one pound less than u r and I am tryna reach 115.You may or you may not get back to 119 because you are tall and if you have gotten taller this could be the reason why you have gained the few pounds.I heard you speak about exercising that is very good you will keep fit wherther u loose the pounds or not ur body will be toned. But i haven't heard u speaking about eating ,please assure tht u take your three meals each day, breakfast, lunch and dinner and I don't mean eating crackers for all three of them believe me you don't want to have an eating disorder.I've had one and its like going through hell and you wish u didn't d othe things u did to get there. So eat well and exercise and drink lots of water and fruits and vegetables(the best).Good luck.
Ne thing else email me.Oh and please try exercise for less hrz please approximately an hour exercise is the most you should do for the day not 2 you would burn too many calories and end up sick very sick.

Your 15yeas old. It's only natrual that you are going to be gaining some weight as you grow. You may go back to 119 one time but you're a growing girl; someday it wont go away again. Stop watching your weight. Try doing something more productive like studying for college.

Don't worry about what people think if you too skinny or not . For our society you either to fat or too skinny. Girl do you, anyway I'm the same way and when i increase my water intake it will come off. You just to flush and give the body time to go back to that weight.

Ok I know you said not to do this but you are underweight. You need help for your self esteem. You seem to me like you are obsessed with being skinny. Go see a therapist before you end up anorexic or worse. Remember muscle weighs more then fat. Good luck and get help!

It's 4 pounds! Whats the big deal? You might lose the weight, you might not.

Stop asking the same question. It's against the guidelines.

Precious, chill out. Pick up a book or go out for a walk or something.
