If its on a hill let it roll till you get to about 5 to 7 miles an hour and let the clutch out in second gear should start ok if not torch it and get roller skates worked for me.

is it the battery --- abs lites always show that the system is working when you turn-on da key ... maybe the car is wet or the spark manager died . .. the car is 10 yrs old and needs a good tune-up .... find a mechanic and get in in proper running order..

You need to check fuel pressure. It sounds like fuel pump is out or relay to pump not functining. Also check for fuel pump fuse and emergency fuel cut off switch (usually located in trunk erea).

Flat battery? does it turn over at all? if not then it's definately the battery (note: push starting doesn't always work!)
