Its a bit big for a 13 year old. At least you are properly sized now!
If it gets painful in the future with back pain and other health issues you could talk to a doctor about a reduction.
I agree with Jennifer, if it was done at Victoria Secret I'd find another place to get sized as I was also sized incorrectly.

Not the norm for someone your age, but then nothing wrong with it, either. I guess there are various factors to be taken into consideration, such as your height, weight, hormonal abnormalities you may have and the like.
