I need to know for a science fair project. Something that grows well in under a month. Ideally, it should produce flowers and not require too much care. If not, what other plants can I use?

Weeds of course~Try a dandilion.They are evrywhere~and grow Fast....Speaking of this I have to go cut grass :(

google it up
it will freak you out how fast this stuff grows
it produces a purple flower -- comes from Asia
was introduced into the South as a decorative
got loose -- and it is laying havoc to everyplace
it is growing wild !! It is one (if not the most) swiftly growing plants on the planet !!!!
