Yes, Carlos Vela was signed two years ago by Arsenal and played (loaned out) last year with Salamanca of the Spanish Second Division and this year will play (on loan) with Osasuna of the La Liga Spanish First Division.
He's 18 yrs old right now.

Yes- I think so, if the club allows that kind of action, 2 SEPERATE actions will take place and he will be allowed. But normally after 1 season- the club would either leave him or buy him, the choice should've been already made
