OK well today on my computer I see my cursor on the screen rapidly flickering and if I don't move the mouse for a second it disappears. When I move the mouse again it comes back up but why is it doing this? It's kind of annoying me.

When the cursor flickers like that, it's usually an indication that the CPU (computer brain) is busy with something else. Check if you have another program running that is using lots of processing power.

If you know what you're doing, press Ctrl-Alt-Del and shut down anything which isn't showing 0 at CPU (except for System Idle Process). If you're not sure, then you should scan your computer with an anti-virus program, just in case. Restarting also might help.

Well I don't know what to say Fredric, other than you have once again written a beautifully sad poem. You have a certain something in your words, which always go straight to the heart.
