Since I've been pregnant I've been mad, frustrated, and sad a lot. But being pregnant is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I don't want to upset my fiance or anyone else anymore with my constant ups and downs even though they're tryin their best to deal with it and are there for support. I know intense mood swings come with bein pregnant. Can anyone think of some things I can do to relax and put my mind at ease and just be happy more overall? Thank you for all the help and support guys!

i find talking out me feelings to my fiance helps. also just relaxing.. taking a shower, reading a book, listening to music can get your mind off of it. i find myself crying sometimes over the stupidest things. it's just something that goes with being pregnant.

i am sure your fiance understands that you are very emotional right now i am not saying it is not hard on him but at least he knows there is a reason for all of your mood swings but to help with the mood swings maybe you should start writing your feelings down i started writing in a journal when i feel like i want to "go off" on my husband and i know that he has done nothing wrong and it has really helped a lot ...good luck and i hope this helps

I'm the same way. Me and millions of other pregnant women. You are definitly NOT alone.

There is no medications that I can recommend that is safe for you and baby during this time. So I say, just do your best and go to as many msg boards as you can to vent and help others. I go to Baby Center Forums http://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy?intcmp=leftnav_pregnancyphase_pregnancy

And the About.com Pregnancy forums http://pregnancy.about.com/

Good luck!

it will get better in the coming weeks, you body is getting used to all the extra hormones. But your family needs to be understanding, pregnancy takes a real toll on a womans body and mind. You can be a little moody!!

you have a LONG way to go.
you need to just realize that its the hormones and take a time out when you feel yourself losing it.

He won't be upset. Don't worry about it. Just tell him what you just wrote. Tell him you can't explain your emotions.
