There is so much on tv these days about the profiling of serial killers that it is probably understandable that you feel it is shy people or loners who get targetted. The same could be said of abused teenagers or high achievers, teenagers with wealthy parents seeking to rebel can be labelled as troublemakers. Society just seems to have a need to find a label for something and stick to it. If it were true that all loners and shy teenagers were serial killers we would be in big trouble over the number of murders that were being committed. We are all different and we should respect that. Not all serial killers were shy or loners either!

First off not all serial killer were losers and for someone to use columbine as an example must not know all the fact about that shooting because on the shooters was said to have a lot of friends in every social group...Secondly most people who are serial killers usually have something that's happened to them to make them turn the way they are so people generalizing that all loners and shy people are going to kill you are stupid because i was shy, but i didn't not ever have the urge to go shoot someones head off...and for those rare instances that have happen to have had a loner or shy person do it just because he wanted to those people have something wrong with there heads and should probably seek medical help right away.

becuase a lot of serial killers were loners as a child but i know what u mean its so stereotypical ,i my self like being alone ppl my age annoy me (except for a few ppl) but teachers are always like u poor thing come here and join this group lol doesnt anyone understand i just like to be alone
i guess it also creeeps people out im so shy i just sit in the corner and when i do talk ppl are like omg she speaks lol

because when you look back at school shooting like columbine, you realize they were all outcasts and if we would have just treated them a little nicer maybe they wouldnt of done that you know

probably cause they never say much of anything and people think they keep everything bottled up inside and one day they will let it out by killing. idk. lol I know a lot of very nice shy people, one of them being myself.
