Yes, it's rape either way if there is non-consent.

Saying "no" midway does not turn it into rape, unless the other person refuses to stop. Refusing to stop after withdrawn consent is rape.

Just as starting without consent is rape, even if consent is given later.

It does not matte if the female is a moth away she may be a gnat faraway from sixteen and it could nonetheless be statutory rape. that's not horse shoes or hand grenades close isn't close sufficient you're able to be sixteen or over era.
