Because they probably scared he will hurt a big name. He has reputation of working stiff and has hurt wrestlers in the past, and WWE doesn't need anymore injuries right now. You can be they are going to be very careful in regards to whom he feuds with win it comes to a bigger name.

Because Vince one just let him go. He has been in and out of WWE for like that last 10 years. Durning the Attitude era he was apart of Nation Of Domination. Everyone from that group went on to have either singles or tag success.
Mark Henry on the other hand still can't wrestle. Literally because he is too fat and lazy to work at his craft, but Vince won't give up on him because he likes big guys.
I mean after 10 years you should be able to do more than the big splash or the bear hug.
With a roster of 90 wreslter/divas we should never have to see a jobber on tv. If he has to wrestle jobbers after 10 years of wrestling to get over then he is never going to be over.

They are building him back up again...
He couldn't walk in OVW after he came back and was doing shows there, he sucks, is very immobile, im surprised he hasn't been injured.
