I have always had 'lowish' blood pressure, being around 110/66, but since having my son a year ago, it is always around the 100/62, and can drop low in the 90's. I find I feel tired all the time, and nauseas at times and find it really hard to get moving. Does anyone know if this could have anything to do with it?

Yes - your symptoms do occur when you have low blood pressure.
General feeling of not quite being able to get the energy up to do things, sometimes feel lightheaded as if you are about to faint - occasionally actually flaking out - mainly feel SO much better if you just lie down for a minute (but that doesn't get the baby changed does it!?)
Doctors generally just see this as a healthy thing - just goes to show not many doctors suffer with low blood pressure!

It is unlikely that most of your symptoms are due to your healthy low normal blood pressure. Generally lucky people like you have a below average heart attack and stroke risk. About the only symptom you sometimes get is postural syncope. When you move position from low to high rapidly you might fell a little dizzy. You perhaps need your other complaints looked at to find another cause.

My blood pressure is usually low last time it was 100/90,I get lethargic and occasionally nauseous so it could be down to that, its something Ive never thought about. But when I had my pressure taken the nurse said it was low but OK,so I'm not worried.

I have low blood pressure too. Mine is around 100/60. I don't feel tired, but do feel dizzy at times.

Perhaps you should go to doctors to get your symptoms checked out.
